How to Order Custom Lamb

2016 Lamb Pricing: $3.75 per pound hanging weight. Example: A lamb processed at 6 months old was 69 lb. hanging weight which yielded 41 lbs. of packaged meat. A $125 non-refundable deposit is required for us to deliver the lamb to the processor. We will collect the rest from you after the processor determines the hanging weight.

Processing prices (prices are provided as a courtesy and are set by the processor – may change without notice).

State inspected lamb:

$100 Flat fee, cut and butcher-wrapped
$110 Flat fee, cut and vacuum-packed

The customer pays the processor directly and picks up from the processor, Bluebonnet Meat Company at 719 S Pearl St, Trenton, TX 75490 (903-989-2293).

USDA-inspected lamb: Please ask us for pricing.

Whole lamb for lamb roasts: $60 dressing fee. Flat rate of $135. Dressed weight is 18-20 lb. We must start with a lamb that is 40-45 lb., and they grow quickly, so if you want a lamb roast, please let us know early in the year.
