Usually, we sell whole lamb to private parties through state-licensed facilities. USDA-inspection is available. Mutton may also be available.

We deliver the animal to a local processor at no extra charge, who will then process the animal to your specifications including cuts of lamb, sausage, ground lamb. You may have the lamb uncut, for a lamb roast. Our processor is animal-welfare certified and sells meat to many of the best restaurants in Dallas, so you will be receiving a clean product and get what you paid for.
We follow state laws, and therefore, no slaughter is permitted on our property.
If you would like lamb for a holiday or occasion, please let us know as far in advance as possible and we will reserve one for you and book the processor (sometimes processors are booked weeks at a time, especially in the fall).
Because we treat our animals with respect during their entire lifetime, we prefer that we or someone we know transport our animals for slaughter. We don’t sell to feedlots or through sale barns.
